Delivery and payment options
Delivery
Our offer is aimed at private customers, and the weight will, consequently, rarely exceed one kilogram. For this reason, we deliver whenever possible in padded envelopes through the Greek Post ELTA by registered mail. The shipping costs are thus significantly cheaper than sending in a parcel.
Shipments within the EU are free of customs duty and the VAT is due in one country, in this case, in Greece by us.

If your order exceeds 2.2 kg please contact us.
If the ordered products weigh from 461 gr. to 910 gr. you will probablybe delivered in two envelopes, in particular if it concerns (very voluminous) Greek mountain tea. From 911g the order will be sent in a parcel.
Payment Methods
Payment to our bank account, called “offline-payment”
Clicking the shopping cart symbol on the top next to the logo, the appearing page will show the items you ordered. For payment by bank transfer please click in one of the pink boxes up or down. You will then be asked to complete name and address. On the following page payment "3 ZAHLUNG" choose "Offline-Zahlung" and click the blue box "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen". We will then send you an e-mail with invoice and our bank account details.
We are sorry to bother you with German expressions; for better understanding refer to "Payment" on the top besides the logo. Choosing "offline-payment", you can also order products using the form on the page "contact us".
If there is on your bank card, a MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover symbol, you can easily pay with this card in our shop, by clicking the PayPal box instead of the pink box on the shopping cart page.
PayPal / credit- and debit-cards
We opted for PayPal payment methods, because they provide the greatest possible protection for the buyer. The information to be provided at PayPal is never accessible by us and protected against any data theft. PayPal also has a global buyer protection and reimburse you the full purchase price and shipping costs, if the goods were not dispatched. The burden of proof rests on us as seller.
If you already own a PayPal account, you can simply enter your e-mail address and password in the Paypal window.
Aren’t you owner of a PayPal account, you can pay with any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Payment with a bank card is possible, when it shows one of these logos (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Paypal has for each country specific guidelines. In some countries (e.g. Germany) customers without PayPal account and without credit card are allowed to pay via PayPal, choosing the method "guest". A person can pay a maximum of three times that way (as a guest).
If you pay by PayPal, the general terms and conditions of the company PayPal are applied.

Packaging
Each item is packaged in a recyclable transparent PP or zip bag. We deliberately renounced a trendy packaging such as metal cans or cloth sachets, in order to keep low the resource consumption. This packaging is finally placed in the trash, polluting the environment.
After opening the packaging, the teas and herbs retain their intensity best, if you decant the entire content into a small sealed container and away from light.
